Heard about their signature stir-fried beef noolde for a while. Gave it a try this day. However, I was told the flat/fat noodle was finished. I chose the other rice verminceli to do the stir-fried noodle. The meat they used/gave to me was not beef; I would say sliced pork. Anyway, it was tasteless as they used frozen one, not the fresh pork meat ?!
The noodle was done very well - it came with WOK HEI - super hot and tasty. The noodle was better than the pork meat, funny enough.
Have to come back and try the fat/flat noodle next time.

Had a quick lunch here and ordered stir-fried noodles in soy sauce (豉油皇炒麵) with slices of pork. Very yummy, lots of wok hei (鑊氣). Noodles were a little drier with more bite, not limp or soggy.

I sat about 10 ft away from the two guys each standing over a wok, with flames coming out of the sides and a huge fan trying to cool them off. I definitely felt the heat...

Wanna try the crispy noodle, but i can't find the place. Can anybody tell me where to find this restaurant?
