最近在 Klook 看到文華東方 Cafe Causette 推出優惠套餐,於是我購買了優惠券,與老公晚上前往用餐。 當日的餐牌上,我們點了蟹肉粟米湯,沒想到這麼簡單的湯居然味道出眾。另一道頭盤是蜜糖烤雞翼伴野菌,搭配水波蛋和黑松露汁。我沒想到這道雞翼如此美味,還笑著詢跟職員說希望有天我也能做出如此美味。主餐我選了魚,配上白酒忌廉汁,味道非常撲鼻。煮西餐其實不難,但要做出一道美味的汁,也是需要相當的功夫。老公點了沙角炒澳洲牛柳,我覺得味道尚可。至於甜點,我們點了檸檬巴巴配藍莓,以及士多啤梨蛋糕配番石榴士多啤梨雪芭。我比較喜歡士多啤梨蛋糕搭配雪芭。 原來套餐還包含飲品,我點了 Ice Mocha,服務員建議少加一半cream,因為 whole cream太邪惡了,飲後感是邪惡的飲品才是最美味。 雖然這頓晚餐簡單,但性價比非常高,每位$412 而且已包括服務費。 職員態度有禮且良好,用錢最重要的是開心且物有所值。

今日去咗文華酒店Cafe Causette慶祝朋友生日,剛好出咗一個季節性嘅龍蝦二人餐,有湯有前菜及主菜仲有個甜品,只需$800左右未計+1 ,龍蝦Grill 得好爽很有鮮味,人多梗係嗌其他嘢食吓啦,仲叫咗牛柳middle 熟、好有牛味,簡直係冇牙都食得,仲有咖喱軟殼蟹,啲軟殼蟹炸完再加咖喱汁簡直絕配,Grill 三文魚薯條,我覺三成熟就足夠了,整體嚟講大家都食得好開心好滿意,最緊要生日嗰個開心就已經足夠。

生日去了文華東方酒店食afternoon tea順道同朋友聚舊地方唔算好大但都坐得鬆動,唔會位同位之間坐得好密,方便傾計聚餐。三文治中規中矩,唔會好驚喜但都唔會難食。可能因為臨近聖誕節,甜食方面大部分選材都係乾果類(提子乾紅莓乾等),有一半以上嘅甜點都係有紅莓乾,略嫌比例過重,變化較少。沒有加入乾果類嘅甜點都係mouse及榛子味為主,甜度偏強。最底層有一個貌似特濃朱古力蛋糕,其實是肉桂蛋糕,濃厚嘅肉桂味,唔喜歡食肉桂嘅朋友要小心哦。整體甜點質素普通,甜度比較偏重。眼見好多其他檯嘅客人都食唔晒打包走。職員都好樂意幫手打包。不得不提經理嘅服務態度好好👍🏻

三號風球,預支風假,感覺最爽!去文華食三層下午茶慶祝一下呢種久違既初戀般若即若離既心情!🍖先由鬆餅開始,先選擇了傳統而不是提子,因為急於試食玫瑰果醬以及牛油忌廉,味道清新不太甜,鬆餅鬆化不黏口,呷一口咖啡,就沒有膩的感覺,我揀岩左一個好嘅開始。🍖之後選擇用梅花間竹嘅方法,一咸一甜咁食。咸點有火腿芝士芥末三文治,雞蛋青瓜西洋菜三文治,燒牛肉辣根菜絲沙律三文治,以及三文魚忌廉芝士火箭菜墨西哥卷。每樣都係傳統做法又加入少少特別材料。配搭得宜。甜點主要喺蛋糕,有朱古力黑莓醬蛋糕,椰子芒果菠蘿蛋糕,金桔白朱古力泡芙,呢幾樣都做到酸甜適中,幾款都不約而同有清新既果醬喺入邊。所以冇死甜嘅情況。另外兩種,士多啤梨雲呢拿吉士撻同埋熱情果雲呢拿牛油酥皮蛋糕,主要就係因為太飽冇食,但係打包返屋企仲係保存得完整無缺。餅司既手藝應記一功。✨️特別嘅地方係佢哋有兩個安德魯葡撻,口味同澳門嘅真係好相似。為我自製嘅風假,增添多一份真實感。

甜點主要喺蛋糕,有朱古力黑莓醬蛋糕,椰子芒果菠蘿蛋糕,金桔白朱古力泡芙,呢幾樣都做到酸甜適中,幾款都不約而同有清新既果醬喺入邊。所以冇死甜嘅情況。另外兩種,士多啤梨雲呢拿吉士撻同埋熱情果雲呢拿牛油酥皮蛋糕,主要就係因為太飽冇食,但係打包返屋企仲係保存得完整無缺。餅司既手藝應記一功。

✨️特別嘅地方係佢哋有兩個安德魯葡撻,口味同澳門嘅真係好相似。為我自製嘅風假,增添多一份真實感。

Here coffee sold at $82 + 10%, this Monday I arrived at 2:45 pm and was asked to give back the table at 4 pm. I am so sad that in Hong Kong even places like MO are spoilt by the patrons. MO management must realise customers go there is not for food alone, they want a nice place to enjoy a bit of the environment. They owe the public a reply why they operate like chai chan tan!

自己就一早已經來了一個主意,便是單點上一個海南雞飯HK$348.,不過賣相就不似預期,由於較早前在置地文華裏的Mo bxx嚐過可謂不俗,所以暗地心想作個比較,上枱的海南雞飯賣相感覺似是(甩皮又甩骨),除此以外其實味道是可以接受,油飯亦軟硬恰好,海南雞飯份量比較多,(落單前職員亦都提問要否雞肶位)那當然好~
