🐟醬汁黃花魚: 呢個睇落幾香口, 味道都唔錯

🐔紹興酒醉雞: 醉雞照計黎講應該好正路, 調味都有酒味, 但肉質好奇怪 好鬆散, 好似完全唔新鮮咁. 

🫛台式四季豆,四喜烤麩: 兩個菜式都唔錯, 調味夠. 

🫓小籠包: 呢個招牌菜黎講都算表現正常, 皮既厚薄適中, 咬開有肉汁幾juicy,  但肉香味就無特別出. 

🍖台式酸辣湯,油炸排骨: 正常表現, 就係個d食完一般既感覺, 你唔會話難食, 但都唔會令你想再食. 

🍤雞絲蝦仁春卷: 呢個幾脆又無咩油, 入面既餡有唔同口感, 反而係咁多個菜式黎講幾特別. 


總結🥢 環境舒服, 但食物味道平平, 如果普通一家人聚餐都可以試一兩次, 但再訪就未必了.

今天和同事一齊 LUNCH,到附近鼎泰豐,一行七個人,叫了很多點心小菜,不過東西的份量很細,其實要叫很多才夠吃。但是價錢不算十分平宜,因為都是一般的中餐。台灣餃子館,他們的小籠包餃子鮮美多汁,皮薄餡多。其他點心和面食也一樣好吃。

懷念鼎泰豐既味道,所以來尖沙咀店舖食飯,等了大約10分鐘便有位,服務員給我四人枱,我們坐等舒適。我們點了8款食物,四喜烤麩,小籠包,清燉山藥菌菇湯,香酥蝦餅,高湯蒜蓉菠菜苗,蔥花蛋炒飯,杏仁豆腐,迷你豆沙包,賣相吸引,味道很好,出菜效率很快。最喜歡香酥蝦餅,很香脆不算油膩,菠菜最推薦既菜色,因為自己煮不到,好嫩好好味,我們鍾情他的始創味道。服務員態度都很好。這值得推薦的餐廳,一定會再來,並會介紹朋友來。

朋友請我哋去尖沙咀鼎泰豐食飯,都有一段時間冇去過,去到都仍然好多人,好彩訂咗位,所以唔使等好耐就有得錯。先嗌咗個燉湯補下身,跟住都係叫咗醉雞同埋熏魚,仲有叫四季豆加埋粉皮,另外唔少得嘅就係酸辣湯同埋控油抄手,醉雞個味道酒味比較重,鹹味比較淡,熏魚比較啱我口味。四季豆就不過不失,粉皮味道都唔錯,酸辣湯音樂真係比較似台灣風格,酸味夠辣味唔算好重,紅油抄手好好味。至於最基本嘅小籠包,同埋其他包點基本上無論鹹同甜嘅都有叫到,坦白講食咗好多款唔記得咗邊樣打邊樣,但係整體嚟講都維持到泰豐嘅水準。

先嗌咗個燉湯補下身,跟住都係叫咗醉雞同埋熏魚,仲有叫四季豆加埋粉皮,另外唔少得嘅就係酸辣湯同埋控油抄手,醉雞個味道酒味比較重,鹹味比較淡,熏魚比較啱我口味。四季豆就不過不失,粉皮味道都唔錯,酸辣湯音樂真係比較似台灣風格,酸味夠辣味唔算好重,紅油抄手好好味。

今日星期日出來睇尖沙咀聖誕佈置又來食個午飯,叫既食物都係平時那些,包括湯麵,小籠包,餛飩等等。今次叫多一客蝦肉燒賣,因為見到其他食評既相片覺得都幾得意。大部份食物及服務都同以前一樣不過不失, 但那個蝦肉燒賣就完全唔合格。見過其他人既相片燒賣上隻蝦係晶螢通透很彈牙似的,但今日我抬上的隻蝦係又硬又實,好明顯係同下面個小籠包同一時間蒸而又蒸耐左。係唔係廚部想慳功夫我就唔知,這些基本技巧都做錯的確令人非常失望。

世界各地嘅鼎泰豐都去過,除咗台灣總店之外,香港嘅鼎泰豐過去一直保持穩定水準,算係其他地方裏面最好的,尤其太陽廣場分店,比起其他分店水準更好。但係,今次去到有啲失望,因為食物水準比以前跌咗啲啲,雖然都唔錯,都食得開心,不過最喜歡嘅絲瓜蝦仁小籠包冇得供應,煎餃亦都比以前遜色,火候未算做到最好,小籠包肉質比較差咗,冇以前咁入味,唔夠鮮美,牛腱湯麵就保持到水準,牛肉幾彈牙,湯底亦都唔錯,食得出幾足料,不過有少少過咸,可以改善一下。而最令人失望嘅,係服務水準跌得好犀利,以前嘅侍應生都相當有禮貌,同埋反應好快,今次去到差咗好多,叫人又唔理,我去嘅時間已經係過咗最繁忙嘅午餐時間,其實枱數亦都唔多,冇理由職員嘅反應咁冷淡,最失望係臨走嘅時候,叫咗一個侍應生埋單,佢點頭然後行開咗,以為佢一陣間會攞張單嚟,點知等咗好耐都冇反應,佢亦都冇再行返過嚟,跟住再問第二位侍應生,佢先至話哦係要攞張單出去櫃檯埋,我因為都比較耐咗冇去,所以忘記咗佢哋呢個做法,不過已經等咗好耐先至知道,第一位侍應生冇提醒我,而係行開就當冇件事,所以呢一點都幾失望,希望服務水準可以加強,維持返以往嗰種待客熱誠嘅感覺,令到香港嘅鼎泰豐分店保

世界各地嘅鼎泰豐都去過,除咗台灣總店之外,香港嘅鼎泰豐過去一直保持穩定水準,算係其他地方裏面最好的,尤其太陽廣場分店,比起其他分店水準更好。但係,今次去到有啲失望,因為食物水準比以前跌咗啲啲,雖然都唔錯,都食得開心,不過最喜歡嘅絲瓜蝦仁小籠包冇得供應,煎餃亦都比以前遜色,火候未算做到最好,小籠包肉質比較差咗,冇以前咁入味,唔夠鮮美,牛腱湯麵就保持到水準,牛肉幾彈牙,湯底亦都唔錯,食得出幾足料,不過有少少過咸,可以改善一下。而最令人失望嘅,係服務水準跌得好犀利,以前嘅侍應生都相當有禮貌,同埋反應好快,今次去到差咗好多,叫人又唔理,我去嘅時間已經係過咗最繁忙嘅午餐時間,其實枱數亦都唔多,冇理由職員嘅反應咁冷淡,最失望係臨走嘅時候,叫咗一個侍應生埋單,佢點頭然後行開咗,以為佢一陣間會攞張單嚟,點知等咗好耐都冇反應,佢亦都冇再行返過嚟,跟住再問第二位侍應生,佢先至話哦係要攞張單出去櫃檯埋,我因為都比較耐咗冇去,所以忘記咗佢哋呢個做法,不過已經等咗好耐先至知道,第一位侍應生冇提醒我,而係行開就當冇件事,所以呢一點都幾失望,希望服務水準可以加強,維持返以往嗰種待客熱誠嘅感覺,令到香港嘅鼎泰豐分店保持聲譽。

疫情幾年冇去旅行,心如來潮諗起台灣的鼎泰豐,實在太想念台灣的美食鼎泰豐嘅小籠包係我覺得唔錯&懷念的台灣美食,剛好今天約了閨密放工後做FACIAL,出左尖沙咀,見到就諗都冇諗入去食返個晚餐先小籠包$70(6小粒)一籠6小件,皮薄餡靚,肉汁鮮嫩,同我係台灣食的係一模一樣 香蔥拌麵($55)香蔥拌麵好有驚喜,雖然用上乾麵但唔會有黏笠嘅感覺,非常有蔥香的味道,配埋特製的醬料真係冇得頂雞絲蝦仁春卷($60 4條)香口野係每餐必點之作,真係即炸沒有一點油膩,非常脆口,足料有齊雞絲同埋蝦仁,好滿足核桃鬆糕($80 2件)除左小籠包,我較喜歡係呢個甜品,每次必點之作,軟綿綿的口感,但又非常鬆化,甜甜絲絲衝激味蓄

香蔥拌麵好有驚喜,雖然用上乾麵但唔會有黏笠嘅感覺,非常有蔥香的味道,配埋特製的醬料真係冇得頂

雞絲蝦仁春卷($60 4條)

香口野係每餐必點之作,真係即炸沒有一點油膩,非常脆口,足料有齊雞絲同埋蝦仁,好滿足

核桃鬆糕($80 2件)

除左小籠包,我較喜歡係呢個甜品,每次必點之作,軟綿綿的口感,但又非常鬆化,甜甜絲絲衝激味蓄

今日去咗客人係尖沙咀嘅office,難得好近尖沙咀嘅鼎泰豐,就決定早啲去食,避咗peak hour嘅人流🤪🥟小籠包($66 6個)小籠包係鼎泰豐嘅招牌,今次食落覺得有啲失色咗,小籠包個皮有啲厚同硬,雖然咬落去都好多汁, 不過啲汁都無咩肉嘅鮮味,有啲失望🥹🧄蒜香粉皮肉($64)粉皮整得好有彈性亦唔會太硬或者太軟, 撈埋碟入面嘅豉油汁一齊食好惹味。反而啲肉就有啲鞋,不過撈埋上面嘅蒜蓉都不過不失嘅😗🍝香蔥拌麵($56)鼎泰豐嘅香蔥拌麵一向都係我最愛,雖然有乾麵但係一啲都唔會有黏笠嘅感覺,好乾身,加埋啲醬每次食一碗都唔夠候🤣🍛排骨蛋炒飯($92)排骨好淋好易咬,飯都炒得好乾身。不過淡咗小小,我地自已落左啲調味味道先岩岩好😶
