Chocolate Religieuse -
The choux pastry was really fresh,  but what surprised me was that the chocolate base was really fruity and almost sour.  I love fruity chocolates myself but this really carried a berriness that I suspect will amaze a few people?  As a chocolate lover myself,  of course I am delighted to see this version, as it is right up my alley.  The buttery choux pastry was also delightful. Call it personal preference.     ~  8/10

Truffle Egg Mayonnaise Brown Bread Sandwich,  Seafood & Dill Cream Brazillian Brown Bread,  Vanilla Cocoa oil marinated Salmon in Rye Bread -
The concept was really pushing the boundaries for an afternoon tea,  and as a foodie, you appreciate it as a concept.   Most of these savoury items had a strong chocolaty or rye note as their base,  the Salmon item was interesting with the cocoa oil infusion.  I think the Seafood sandwich could have more fillings personally as a balance  ~ 7/10

Duck Foie Gras pate Mini Choux Puff,  with Cuba imported Cocoa Nibs -

This was really bold in the livery sensation and although it was strong,  it was again balanced by the buttery choux pastry and cocoa nibs.  The prerequisite with food for me,  is that I can blind taste it and imagine what are the core ingredients,  and so far most items are being identified correctly.   ~  8.5/10

Orange and Chocolate Madeleine-
I like the novelty of this chocolate coated Madeleine like a ship.  The sponge cake was also very orangey.   A good and trusted combination overall.   I personally think it can have more butteriness and a sparser sponginess within,  or even a more caramelized edge from the Madeleine baking.   ~  7/10

English Breakfast Tea -
For some unknown reason,  the majority of teas in Hong Kong by default don't perform the same as they do in Europeean shops,  and this was decent but not exceptional.   I still think Shortbread Teas in Hong Kong sets the basic standard as to what customers can come to expect in a cup of tea somehow!   I just don't know why they do it better.  I liked the Hot Chocolate here much more below.   ~  6/10

Cafe 103 -
This used to be called the Chocolate Library when it first opened.   The Chocolate concept is still being inherited for this occasion,  and it is very convincing today.   If I had to be constructively critical,  I think it can carry slightly more food for the price,  that's what some of the foodies who experienced it said?

Hot Chocolate with Coffee & Cinnamon -

This drink was one of the choices for the Afternoon Tea Set.   It has a hint of coffee and which is enhanced by a touch of cinnamon with shaved chocolates on top.  Apparently most people thought it can have more coffee taste,  but for me,  I found it about spot on as it carried once again a fruitiness in the chocolate and espresso base,  anymore and it will spoil the finely tuned balance for me!   I liked this better than the Breakfast tea above.  ~  9/10
