Chung Kee Dessert    松記糖水  

I don't have a refined palate and I am not a very picky person. For the traditional Chinese dessert, I could not tell the difference between C.K.'s and other similar restaurant's. They all taste good but nothing exciting. But, I should give credit to C.K. for infusing creativity into making dessert. All the elements in "Hello" seem so different yet they go very well together. The degree of sweetness is just perfect for me: not too sweet but not blend. Last but not least, I should give a thumb up to the waitresses. They know how to serve their customers well, unlike some other restaurant's staff.
