Having been to Mint Thai for a couple of times, I'm really impressed by the consistent quality of their food. We ordered a snack platter with fish cakes, shrimp cakes and spring rolls. Fish cakes were quite flavourful but a bit too oily. I prefer the shrimp balls we ordered last time for its texture.
The vermicelli salad was really appetising with its hot sauce. The al dente vermicelli absorbs much of the sauce, enriching the flavour of the dish.
Last but not least was the pork. The meat was quite juicy and well flavoured. The flavour was well balanced by the sweet and sour sauce.
Good ambience for friends and family gathering!
