There were variety of foods which included Western, Chinese, Indian, Singapore and Japanese cuisine. Western cuisine was more attractive to me.
For western cuisine, there were five to six types of cheese paired with biscuit. Including croissant, there were seven to eight kinds of bread served with butter, peanut butter, different flavour of fruit jams and etc.
Three flavours of cream cheese as plain, onion and pepper were provided. All flavours of cream cheese were delicious. Banana jam with bread was not a bad match. Toaster was available. One kind of gluten free fruit bread was also provided. It was cinnamon flavour, a bit dry and hard exterior.

Meats and vegetables: bacons, sausages, cold cuts, smoked salmon, baked beans, vegetables and fruit salads.
Whole fruit were placed at the entrance. It said they could be taken away. It was the first time that fruits could be taken away.

Cakes (marble cake, too sweet dried fruit cake…) and blueberry muffin were just so-so. There was also self-made pancake.

Four flavours of Danish (apple, blueberry, hazelnut and chocolate) were better in taste than cake. The pastry was not very buttery. Apple Danish was a bit sour and sweet. There was a bit cinnamon in hazelnut Danish.
Home made and ready-make yoghurt of several flavours were available. The taste of them would not go wrong.

I like Cold Swiss Oat containing nuts and raisin and was very thick (placed in cold cabinet). It was malt flavor with light sweetness.

Drinks: except for coffee and tea, there was cold milk, soya milk, fruit drink. As for hot chocolate (need to order, not self-service), I didn’t know whether extra charge was needed.

Chinese cuisine also had many varieties which I didn’t eat. There were 燒賣、蝦蛟、小籠包(後以餃子代替)、山竹牛肉、蘿蔔糕、粥及拌粥吃的酸菜、油炸鬼粒和豬肉鬆等。

Standard of Indian cuisine needed improvement in taste. I didn’t not have interest to eat twice. There were roasted chicken which was sweet and little spicy but the taste was not good.
Flavours of curry potatoes & chicken dish and curry vegetables dish were so-so. They were quite greasy but tasting of curry was light.

Indian fried rice was very herb taste but greasy, too. I didn’t tried curry spring roll.
The taste of Indian naan was better than I expected but as they were not made-to-order, its texture was dense and a bit hard.

For Singapore cuisine, there was Kaya which I did not eat. Laksa was rich in coconut milk and hot. You could choose the condiments in noodle as there was chef cooked for you. Soup of Laksa was gorgeous.

There was also a small corner of placing Japanese food which I had little interest such as regular small square type of sushi and drink.
Other Info. : I got two coupons of breakfast buffet from lucky draw so I didn't know the price.
