We walked past and suddenly had the urge for steamed milk. Following our cravings, we entered the old-school restaurant and ordered.We ordered a steamed milk and a steamed egg - both hot. The steamed milk is a classic. Sweet, but not too much, and warming. It is a big milky hug that melts on your tongue. Just great. I particularly like the skin - it seems to have a concentrated flavour.
The steamed egg is similar, but yellow and eggy. It is also sweet and delicious. It is less sweet than the milk, but has a slightly denser texture. We liked it as well, but the milk is a better option.
They do have flavoured milks, but the classic is such for a reason. Definitely a go to spot for steamed milk.
