din tai fung doesn't need any introduction. it is a name synonymous with shui lung bao and noodles. it is also a name appears first on the last resort list in eating out. as diners run out of new ideas, din tai fung is a safe and hassle free place to be except the long wait. my strategy is to go any day after 2130.the menu is simple and straight forward. drunken chicken as the cold appetizer along with steamed dumpling as the hot starter, diners will find such high standard even comparable

my hat goes off to the people in din tai fung as they really pour their heart into running such a big and successful chain. the only quam i have is the long wait 24/7; other than that, this is a place i will be recurringly visiting.
