Quemo is a busy Spanish restaurant that offers consistent atmosphere and taste.  This is our 4th visits since their opening and I must say that she is still our top of mind choice for a classic, simple, tasty, well served and happy Spanish experience.2 of us have tasted the below in this ocassion:Beef-heart Tomato Salad with Tuna Tataki ($70) - this small portion was just right for 2 pax.  It was simple but it delivered clean and refreshing taste.  This was a perfect starter.Marinated Anchovies

Quemo is a busy Spanish restaurant that offers consistent atmosphere and taste.  This is our 4th visits since their opening and I must say that she is still our top of mind choice for a classic, simple, tasty, well served and happy Spanish experience.

2 of us have tasted the below in this ocassion:

Beef-heart Tomato Salad with Tuna Tataki ($70) - this small portion was just right for 2 pax.  It was simple but it delivered clean and refreshing taste.  This was a perfect starter.

Marinated Anchovies ($68) - it delivered the traditional savory and fishy taste in a pleasant manner.  It was good to go with the mini toast but it also went well on its own.

Razor Clam ($168) - Simple preparation but just yummy!

Fried Egg with Foie Gras & Mushroom ($138) - this is Quemo's signature dish that we would always order.

Iberico Pork Chop ($198) - this is a good value choice.

Quemo Cheese Cake ($58) - it was not presented in the traditional cheese cake format but it delivered a good mix of flavours with use of the fruit sauce and chocolate ice cream.

The wines as recommended were just fine for the meals.

We wished there could be room for paella but we decided to leave it to the next visit.

The overall atmospher on Friday night was great.  It was busy but not over crowed.  Staff were friendly and offered just adequate attention to our needs.  No doubt we will be back from time to time.
