I have heard good things about Izumi Curry. They would serve very nice curry, and when I entered the restaurant, I was curious to find out. I was placed at the bar which was fine to me, so I could focus on my food. I ordered the Pork Cutlet Curry with omelet. They have several options to uprade to a set, but I chose to keep my meal simple.After 10 minutes, my plate arrived. The curry sauce was very heavy but not with taste. It tasted more like dark brown sauce, but the curry taste was hardly tasteble!
I love smooth omelets on top of my curry, but the omelet was tough and like elastic.
Finally the cutlet - unfortunately the cutlet was also very tough and elasticy. I ate a few bites and just left.
If you want to eat tasty curry with smooth omelets, there are more tastier options, and even less expensive. So don't waste your time and money to try this out.
