Arrived earlier to see the food being setup.First round was the seafood!abalones disappeared FAST. personally i wasn't a fan.sea whelks! not their strength.FATTY SALMON. so fat, oily and slippery on the tongue!Second round:chicken doner - lebanese/turkish restraurants have better chicken.stuffed pork feet - SUPER SALTY, tasted like salted corned beef.. as if corned beef isn't salty enough by itself.bone marrow they say... ox tongue perhaps? Second round: chicken doner - lebanese/turkish restraurants have better chicken. stuffed pork feet - SUPER SALTY, tasted like salted corned beef.. as if corned beef isn't salty enough by itself. bone marrow they say... ox tongue perhaps? HUGE pieces, the tomatoe-y sauce was nice lower tier dishes are their strength - i only had 2 strands and gave up. pork neck - not their strengths. risotto - disappointing. overly wet, the rice seemed not cooked thoroughly yet, still very hard complimentary lobster - normal...
