It's was thanksgiving yesterday and I was going to the restaurant with my love. I booked the table at 8:15 because the lady said supposed to be 8:00 but they needed 15 minute to clean up the table. And she told me they only serve thanksgiving menu with turkey as main course. That's what we want to celebrate Thanksgiving Day!! and turkey is the food we were looking for on the Day!! While we arrived the restaurant at 8pm, we were told that no more turkey and we only can have chicken, rip or steak ... Where's the Turkey?! Their rip is good, but what's the point to have no Turkey on Thanksgiving Day?? If so, why don't just serve Peking Duck instead?? Too disappointed ...
When we asked the lady how long we had to wait, she told us people arrived at 6pm had paid and would leave in 5-10 mins. She asked us waiting outside the restaurant for a while... At the end, we were still waiting outside for around half hour ... No turkey ... No table ... Standing outside under 13C at Sai Kung was not a funny thing to do.
Poor arrangement on table. Turkey menu but no Turkey.. What a Thanksgiving day!
