Reason for visiting:
It was time for a gathering with friends.
I chose this place because I heard the food is good, and it's sort of near where all of us live.

Decor:
The decor was interesting, I liked the posters that they had on the walls, and there were a lot of clocks everywhere for some reason. It reminded me of my weird aunt who has almost 10 clocks sitting on her shelf in her bedroom.
The high ceiling created a spacious environment, although it was actually just a small and narrow restaurant. It was a restaurant with a good vibe and nice for just chilling with friends.

Taste & Value:
The menu wasn't too big so it was pretty easy to decide on what to have. Since we had intended to go for drinks nearby afterwards, we decided to order 1 appetizer, 1 pizza and 1 pasta.

The food came out quickly, which was great since we were all kinda hungry. The first to come was the Caprese salad( $110). It was a tiny dish that had a chunk of mozzarella on top of some cherry tomatoes with 3 basil leaves drizzled with some balsamic vinaigrette. The cheese was nice and soft and went so well with the acidic balsamic.
It was good, but we all agreed that it was more like a $80 dish instead of $110.

Next to come was the Aglio Olio ($120). I liked that the restaurant lets you choose the type of pasta used for every pasta dish. We decided to go with spaghetti.
This spaghetti dish wasn't overly oily and was really tasty. There was quite a bit of the wonderful garlic, but for a dish with just garlic and pasta, we thought that it was overpriced. One of my friends commented that this dish was like a Chinese style fried spaghetti, which we all kinda agreed.

Last to come with the Bianca "White" pizza ($130). The plan was to try the Pancetta pizza that everyone seemed to lrecommend, but we changed our minds and decided to go with this pizza with a white sauce. I know that the place is known for its paper thin pizza crust, but I prefer thick-crusted pizza, so I didn't feel like I was eating pizza. I felt like I was eating a tortilla with pizza fillings on top. Having said that though, I did like thow cheesy the pizza was. Maybe because the the taste of the pancetta was so strong, I couldn't taste the onions. If you don't like that "porky" taste of pancetta, I wouldn't recommend this pizza. It was alright.

Service:
Service was average. Two of my friends were late so the two of us had to wait and it took a while for the staff to bring us some water. Also, they were slow on refilling our cups.

Hygiene:
Since you can see into the kitchen, you can kinda see what happens in the kitchen. I thought the hygiene was okay until I looked in the direction of the kitchen and saw a staff with his hand in his mouth.
I know I can be quite sensitive, but I still hope that he didn't prepare the food that was on our table.
