It is my first time to visit this café. When I opened the door, I wondered if I went to a wrong place as the layout is arranged like a warm home. The barista welcomed me and asked me to feel free and take a seat. Actually, I believe the capacity of the café maybe not more than 10 people.
I ordered a cup of latte and a banana muffin. I marveled at the latte art made by the barista. Ya! It’s a swan! It must require extremely professional coffee making skills to create such an amazing refined latte art on the coffee. Oh. It took me some time to appreciate it and I was not brutal enough to kill the swan. As the coffee is freshly brewed, the barista delivered and served the coffee hot! The taste of the coffee is just perfect without being too acidic or too bitter. It is rich in milk flavor and you can feel so smooth in your mouth.
Hahaa. I should say it tastes even better than “Starlucks” though I am also a big fan of that coffee chain store. I am not an expert in tasting coffee but at least I can feel the difference. Green Tea Latte is my favourite beverage in “Starlucks” but a few of them are comparatively bland and flat occasionally. For the banana muffin, I think it tastes okay and have nothing to add besides that. By the way, I like the smile on the top of it. The total expense is only $60. The best thing in the café is that the barista will chat with you casually like an old friend! I did enjoy my wonderful afternoon tea here.
Please bear in mind that the barista may ask the flock of incoming customers to leave first as there is no empty seat and she has no time to serve too many customers on her own at the same time. Also, she never urges the customers to leave for giving seats for newcomers. Take your time!
