I read the poor reviews about the service but wanted to be fair and give it a try. From appearance and concept, it looked quite nice. This is where all the complements end.Sat down at 12pm sharp, first to sit for lunch. Ordered two lunch specials with a glass of wine. Food arrived around 12:50pm. By that time, the place was almost full and 7 or 8 tables already had their lunch. As for me, still waiting. Asked the waitress where my food was, gave me a dumbfounded look. Pretty much ran away

By that time, the place was almost full and 7 or 8 tables already had their lunch. As for me, still waiting. Asked the waitress where my food was, gave me a dumbfounded look. Pretty much ran away with no response. I had to walk over to find her and ask again. "It's coming!" Nice response, no apologies no sympathy. Our dish kept coming out (Grilled Tuna Salad) but just not to our table.

Extremely unorganized kitchen and wait staff. Poorly poorly trained staff, no concept of customer service. The food? Just fine, but there are dozens of places to eat. I highly recommend you chose one of those as this place will be closed in a few months due to poor customer service.
