Tonight I had booked a table for 2 to celebrate my wife birthday in Hooray; however, we found that the quality (as well as quantity) is awful that I never met beforeur first order was Parma Ham Pizza, I understand that Italy culture and taste may be different compared with the one in HK, the ingredient of pizza may not be rich or plenty enough, but at least the pizza should have "something" to eat. This pizza was basically a plain sheet with nothing but vegetables. I thought I was eating a piece of paper.
Our second order was BBQ Port Spare Ribs; on my god, this was totally ridiculous in the sense that over 95% was bone. Initially I thought this was the knife issue and was naive to ask for another knife for chopping ribs. Finally we figured out that this was all "bone" without any meat. In this case, we couldn't help to ask for changing other dishes - Chitterlings and Yuzu Short Rib
For Chitterlings, it was totally not worthy coz you guys just chopped the whole piece into several pieces and stick those half pieces in the stick, which meant a stick did contain a v small amount.
For Yuzu Short Rib, this was ok but quite salty and I think this was a mistaken taken by your chef (instead of Italian style)
