The type of this restaurant is an family owned restaurant of its location in Wan Chai where it is very
easy to find, This restaurant serves high quality traditional Chinese food to give people the true kind of
shanghai food.
The food the restaurant serves is all traditional Chinese food and shanghai food for what I ordered in the
restaurant was pigs fists, Xiao Long Bao (steamed pork bun), pork soup, sweet soy sauce fish and fried
pork bun but other than the food I ordered there are plenty more options.
The Decoration of the restaurant is a kind of an old fashioned and traditional but the food of the restaurant
is very traditional, what makes me think its traditional is that the seats are chairs like in most schools and
the table is a small round table with a decorated cloth covering the surface of the table.
The ambience the restaurant is trying to present is that they want to give customers to give them some
kind of feel as if you’re in traditional shanghai restaurant. In my opinion this restaurant is a busy kind of
restaurant because of the way that staff are going around taking orders.
Although the decoration and furniture does not sound as
they are attractive, the service around the restaurant has
the right service qualified to satisfy me. When I ordered
of course the my question will be which food is the best
in this restaurant with the response that the steamed
pork bun is what is good in the restaurant.
After I ordered they served me a traditional Chinese tea
then my first dish came and that was the steamed pork
bun, My starvation was motivating me so quickly picked
up a bun and dipped it in the strong tasted sauce and I
quickly putted it in to my mouth when I took my first bite
it has tasted as if my mouth have burst like a Volcano
bursting with soup going around my mouth.
As my dishes came they have the taste of the original tradition of the food, but what I felt enjoyable was
the pork soup because of its uniqueness of taste it tasted like it had combination of different organic food
mixed together.
Overall I haven’t ordered any dessert because I felted full after all my high standards of tasting the high
qualifications of food the restaurant had served to me.
After the Meal I had paid $450 Hong Kong dollars of traditional Chinese food which had satisfy what I had
actually demanded for dinner. I Would Recommend this restaurant because it serves good tastiness of
shanghai food.
