waiting for someone sit opposite to me: a handsome young-guy surprise most of us as he order 4 dishes for himself: big sticky-rice dumpling, steam rice-roll with shrimp, lettuce & meat, what a contrast which I order 4 small size dim-sum at the moment

Firstly, the brown-sugar sponge still taste good, soft, tender & non-oliy, but it's a smaller size compare with last year;
secondly, the fish-meat siu-mao & 3 colour carrot shrimp dumpling really nice, juicy with good presentation too!
finally the dessert is below standard : 3 jelly-style is too small like a dice, they almost falling down in the dish comparatively , taste is worst cos I think it's a little bit too sweet !
