pasta -the carbonara sauce was creamy, smooth in texture, the timing in cooking the pasta were just right
roast beef -was okay, not the best beef, but it comes with Yorkshire pudding.
roast potato -rich potato taste good seasoning
dessert -the cheese cake n chocolate cake were nice
bads: cold seafood -most of them are tasteless, no sweetness in any of them at all.
oysters - aren't fresh broken shell in most of them.
soup -tasteless
rest of the food are what you expect from a hkd250 buffet.
