剛剛下班啦,肚子餓了,好耐沒食過擔擔麵,我記得黃埔美食坊詠藜園擔擔麵好有名氣,openrice食評寫都是讚多.如是搭車去食啦,係門口等左5分鐘.
知客安排我坐corner位.當時已經是晚上7點鐘啦.客人約坐8成左右,鋪內掛左好多得獎菜式獎狀,環境可以.有一位上年紀waiter推介師傅剛剛做起幾份麻辣牛根腩,價錢$38好抵食.我order一碗唔辣擔擔麵,一籠小湯包,一碟麻辣牛根腩.擔擔麵麵條幼細,花生和麻醬味香濃,小湯包肉汁鮮味,麻辣牛根腩份量足夠,辣味適中.埋單$96,價錢合理.下次我會同女朋友會再光臨詠藜園.
