Roasted Crispy Pork belly (9/10) This has a wow factor. The belly was extremely tender, and the skin was exceptionally crispy. It was the best Roasted Crispy Pork belly I had in Hong Kong.

千叶豆腐 (7/10) Great presentation. The Chef’s knife skill was extraordinary. The tofu was perfectly steam, it was smooth like silk. The gravy wasn’t heavy, a nice light dish for the hot summer!

国金炒饭 (7/10) The rice was slightly moist and greatly seasoned. Al dente. Prawn was crispy and Foie Gras gave the rice another dimension. Loved it.

This has to be one of my top Canton restaurant Hong Kong, I have already fallen in love with it since my first visit.
