我的第一次 - Egg Benedict

我第一次吃Egg Benedict，猜想不到會在18 Grams
上之光顧時，還記得吃了Full Breakfast
也是在那時候，Egg Benedict漸漸變得流行

這次點了三文魚Egg Benedict，賣相吸引，可是吃下去真的有難度
配上荷蘭汁後，流心蛋之下再有波菜、煙肉及三文魚
鬆餅帶點脆身，吃下去時很有層次分明的感覺
Egg Benedict配有沙律，加了黑醋，味道清新開胃
不過一個Egg Benedict 索價七十多元，是有點貴

]友人點了芝士奄列，配上兩塊麥飽
試了芝士奄列，味道普通

坦白說，18 Grams 的食物水準不差，低一點也不平宜
以這兩個dishes 的價錢，其實可以有很多其他的選擇
