$288二人用的全新海景半自助午餐

隆堡麗景酒店就在K11側的,遠看鶴立雞群,AVA就在鶴頂,一行五人所坐的位置可清楚看到會展,環境是用餐體驗重要一環,就此餐廳這方面是出眾的;我們所試的新套餐,簡單來說就二人行便可以$288任吃自助頭盤、六選一的主菜及一座三式冰鎮海鮮拼盤,出入慣酒店的朋友,已不用我在性價比上劃蛇添足。
主菜每周更換,大家各選一味,如果你是流心蛋的愛好者,那公關大員Yvonne所嘗的芝士火腿三文治Croque Madame,一片處理得好的太陽蛋加上芝士和意國火腿,可令人心情大悅。
我選的烤雞胸,用的是雞肉較嫩春雞,半隻的份量對我來說太充足,分了胸的部份給KC(他的評語按此),餘下的雞腿十分嫩滑,淡淡的百里香令味道豐富起來,廚師連汁亦沒加上,亦可見對出品的信心;至於伴碟的甘筍亦以醋漬過,口感非常清爽,是酒店規格出品。
