尖東AKU鐵板燒晚餐

因為朋友讚AKU鐵板燒好味,所以特登o黎尖沙咀中心試試,鐵板燒好處就係即煮即食,眼看師傅將新鮮食材弄好奉上,第一時間品嚐,熱騰騰香噴噴,視覺味覺同時享受。
這晚點了廣島蠔、三文魚扒、安格斯牛柳、海虎蝦、黑松露炒飯等等,覺得鐵板燒蠔最好味,沒有炸蠔的粉漿,調味直接洒在小巧肥美的廣島蠔上,鮮甜得很。
看到三文魚扒燒好後的靚靚花紋,有意外驚喜,三文魚油從內滲出,師傅話要由邊開始食,因為中間肉厚,保溫度較高,循序漸進,口感更佳 [(drooling)]
食鐵板燒另一期待便是師傅在鐵板上弄出火焰的一刻,原來只有在烹調牛肉時才會用上這技倆,安格斯牛柳切成了小粒,弄好後,微脆的表面包著豐富肉汁內層,有雙重口感,還有特備的芝麻蒜蓉汁,正!
大大隻海虎蝦加黑松露炒飯,還有沙律、炒雜菜、味噌湯、甜品,飽到不得了,朋友果然無介紹錯,下次要再試肉眼薄燒同煎鵝肝先得!
