原來張志明除了做廣告助理,還開了間越南餐廳(講笑咋!),這間位於天后地段小巷的志明越南料理,其實是取越南首都胡志明市為名,很不客易才找到。店鋪座位不多,我估最多可以坐到15人啦,小小的店子更加令我想試試。因為係晚飯時間,所以都幾多人,好彩我們早了少少到,剛巧有兩個座位,之後門口就出現了人龍了。
志明的餐牌
餐牌上有越南的照片,應該是胡志明市吧!舊舊的,好像九十年代的城市照片,為餐廳增添不少昔日色彩。食物的價錢亦很大眾化,都是 $3X - $5X 左右,我諗兩個人食不用$200吧?
香茅豬扒飯
豬扒的香茅味很重,扒身黏上不少香茅,每一口都吃到香濃的香茅味,肉質很Juicy,味道很好,是食過咁多最真正的香茅豬扒,而且豬扒是即叫即炸,剛剛炸起熱騰騰的,一定要襯熱食!
香茅雞翼湯檬粉
這個雞翼亦是即叫即炸的,與湯粉分開上,以免湯水浸淋雞翼,不過只有三隻的關係,我們都好有期望,結果雖然都唔差,但與香茅豬扒相比確實比下去,至少都應該要有4隻才對吧!
鹹魚粒炒芥蘭
這個菜的鹹魚粒很特別,一般餐廳食到的都是鹹魚碎、或沒有鹹魚只有鹹味,不過這兒鹹魚的粒狀很鮮明,而且份量幾多,很容易便可夾起一粒來吃,食落又不算太鹹,而且幾有魚的鮮味,好少食到鹹魚有這種質素,芥蘭反而成為配菜!

龍眼冰的龍眼肉都幾多,青檸梳打則不太驚喜!我們都食得幾開心,不過太多人等位,一邊食好像一邊受人監視,食完不能長座,無計啦,這是小店的特色之一吧!
