I arrived at the shop around 2030h. I tried their "Siu Beng Wong" and a custard cream puff. I was too hungry so completely forgot to take photos.1. "Siu Beng Wong" (HKD 13) - This is pretty good, even though it was not freshly out of the oven, so it was only slightly warm. Not sure if they would heat it up if you ask. They cut it in half for you. The pork is mixed with chives and is quite flavored, not too fatty, and blends well with the dough overall. Think of this as Chinese pizza. 2. Custard

1. "Siu Beng Wong" (HKD 13) - This is pretty good, even though it was not freshly out of the oven, so it was only slightly warm. Not sure if they would heat it up if you ask. 2. Custard cream puff (HKD 6) - My first bite had no custard. I thought that odd, so I looked inside the hole I had just made. There was only a small amount of custard to one side of the puff. Probably no more than a tablespoon. The inside of the fist sized puff was 75% empty.
Maybe I'm just lucky, or that's what you get for HKD 6.

May go again as there are other offerings, but I'm probably going to stay away from the puffs.
