This was the first visit with my family. We were delighted to try this new restaurant. The environment was cozy and spacious, but between tables was very crowded. The utensils and teapot used was quite attractive and it was in red and green color. But unluckily we found some tea stains on the teapot and it seems used many times and don't clean it properly.

We only ordered some dim sum for our tea break. The spring roll was not crispy. The fried "cheung fan" was full of oily smell, it seems the oil had been used for a long time. The steamed spareribs was too salty and greasy. My brother even use some water to clean it up before eat. The steamed buns was ok and hot enough. The texture of congee was not fine to us. We think they might use some grounded white rice to cooked the congee, it could reduce the food cost and save the energy. The fish congee was lack of flavour and only have tiny pieces of fish inside, I found the congee and some dim sum have too much MSG. It made me felt uncomfortable after ate. The last we ordered was black sesame paste dumpling . Luckily it was made to order and fine to us.

The environment look spacious, they have second floor and have some private rooms. In additon, inside the restaurant, there have 3 sets of electronic stairs for customers use. I think this might very helpful for some elderly but the cost of construction and repair & maintenace was huge. I also think the restroom was in second floor and very far away. It was not very convenient for customers.

I hope the Chef and Manager should be careful reviewed on the food quality and ingredients used and make some improvement on dim sum. Otherwise, no customers will be returned.
