又一間新拉麵店

近年香港的拉麵店越開越多,每家出品都各有特色和風格。遇上合自己口味的,我會再三光顧品嚐,否則試過就算。知道近日香港又多了幾間新拉麵店,中環,大綱和銅鑼灣都有,真熱鬧!其中最有興趣試的是口碑不錯位於銅鑼灣的舞心。上個週末晚上,便過去試試。想不到7點多,不用等位,真好,因為我一向怕等位。
這裡提供3款以豬骨湯做湯底的拉麵,分原味、濃味和辣味。既然我第一次來,就點碗原味的白拉麵。麵條可選硬、一般和軟,我要了硬的。環顧一下,這店裝修簡約,地方打理得乾淨。店員服務有禮。第一印象不錯。
拉麵很快送到,每碗都有木耳絲、芽菜、蔥花和半隻蛋。
先喝一口湯,頗濃和香甜,而且不油膩,好喝!配料也爽口,不錯。不過麵條雖然要了硬的,吃起來仍覺得太腍,吃起來欠了點質感。不知是否一時煮過火呢。而蛋有蛋香,但沒有達到溏心的效果,只算做得軟。至於叉燒算厚切,有肉香,好吃。
總括來說,我最喜歡是這濃香得來又不油膩的湯底,其次是叉燒。配料包括蛋不過不失,麵條更煮得過份軟了。我想我仍會再來多試一次,給它的麵條和蛋多次機會,順道嚐嚐另一款口味。
