Poor service at IFC 添好運 2012-04-07 23:06168.70.x.x 只可雙數人數入座，單數便不停在等!!! 今時今日不應是這樣的服務態度!!! Our family is of 3 and I arrived only 5 mins later than the other 2, still, the captain did not allow nor allocate a table for us since 7:00 pm and we were No. 8 in the waiting list. Wait and wait, she only allocated 2 persons table, for those odd number reservations, she just asked us to wait and wait. Finally we saw a 4-person table, she insisted to allocate 2 families: ours (3) and one couple. One of our family members has to sit outside the kitchen and could only sit on a round foldable chair! The couple, has to wait the waitress to slip the table out so that one of them could sit inside! What kind of service the captain was providing to us???!!! The dim sum is full of MSG, esp the beef balls! Michelin Star should be given to those provided poor service restaurants???!!!
