I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. i just want to add some precision. We had actually one waitress that was not particularly good with service and she stoped working for us. But on the photo the person that you see seating at the bar is not a waitress. She is the dishwasher. She is on break during the afternoon. She wears the same T shirt, so maybe you got confused. I now asked them not to stay at the bar during their break, so no more problems.
You were unlucky that day. But most of my staff are very friendly. That's why we have a pretty good reputation and many regular customers. Please come to try agin, I guarantee you, you won't be disaponted that time.
