明記車仔麵位於旺角花園街很多年，外貌古老，分明就是海洋公園香港老大街要找的感覺。小店可以迄立不倒，一定有過人之處。難得經過就要重溫舊味了！

店鋪依舊，桌面只有橙色辣椒醬，點了油麵、牛丸、豬皮、牛筋、大腸，湯底清而不油膩，牛丸彈牙爽口，豬皮牛筋入味，大腸沒有恐怖肥膏，油麵是最襯車仔麵的選擇。最重要係食完無口乾感覺，證明味精欠奉。

外貌依舊，味道依舊，感覺依舊，怪不得可以吸引新知舊雨，抵抗時間巨輪，老闆要繼續加油呵 ~~~
