To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. This is not our first time visiting Crystal Jade, but it is our first time visiting their outlet in Times Square. We normally don't come to this outlet because it is always full of people. As usual, it was full of people when we were there last Sunday, and there were quite a few groups of people queing in font of us. Xiao Long Bao - very good as usual, 'skin' is thin and juicy; Salt and Pepper Croaker - crispy and taste good with the fried garlic; Fried Wanton - very crispy, nice to eat with chilli sauce too; Ramen with Chicken Soup - noodles are "chewy" and "smooth", the soup was a little bland but not too bad.
