Wanted to tried Musashi since it came with a very high hope... we ordered 2 ramen with one white soup and one black soup, a 素麺海老天麩羅, and a garden casear salad. Overall very very standard taste and the soup has no character. The noodle is a very poorly made thick normal ramen that the texture is equal to those used in those Japanese restaurants around the corner. Overall very disappointed. Really hope 一蘭 can come soon.... sigh...
