大街串燒 - 原人

有人喜歡吃串燒嗎?我相信應該很多人跟我一樣會喜歡吃串燒的,做串燒的其實不難,只要材料好,淹得入味,燒得夠香,就可以做到一個美味的串燒了!
今日夜晚就和我弟弟落到屋企樓下呢間日式串燒小店:原人!
其實都唔係第一次黎的了,可惜在的佢只係開夜晚,差不多6點半先開,11點就收工!!難道真係唔憂做?就算不開放午市,最起碼也開宵夜吧!!那麼當我夜晚肚餓時,就不用吃杯麵了!
入到去係一間小店,其實面積不太大,只放約5-6張枱大約20個座位,座位隔離就是開放式的BAR枱廚房,不過它的抽煙系統應該好好,完全沒有任何的油煙味!
最後我們決定懶懶的叫個二人套餐!
其實有得散叫,每串串燒大約10-30蚊不等,另外還有當日推介的時價海鮮、凡立貝等等
首先來的是醬汁,左邊的是薑味的,右邊的是燒汁,右邊的比較岩我!
來一杯菊花茶,可以降一降熱氣,要不然會長暗瘡的了!!
田園沙律,我弟弟最喜歡就是這種唶味的沙律,我個人就普通評價,不過瓜菜都幾新鮮!
蒜容包:焗得好好味,好脆,D蒜容都極香!!串燒之外的意想不到好味!
燒腸同燒菇:
燒腸仔都唔使點介紹了,你我他屋企煎都係咁嘅味
至於個菇就好淋,點上醬燒都幾甜幾好
燒鯖魚:個皮都燒得幾香,肉亦唔鞋,細骨唔多,算係啖啖肉~~
蘆筍牛肉卷:個蘆筍一D都唔老,係牛肉最好拍擋!比金菇更加好!GD!
蜜糖燒雞翼:呢個100分有突!雞皮燒得勁勁脆,亦超夠蜜糖味!!
如果BBQ時有人可以燒到呢種雞翼,包佢媾死仔/女!!
手打烏東:個湯底好好味,烏東係好彈牙的!
燒安格斯牛扒:肥瘦比例適中,燒得大約5-7成熟,仍然好香滑,雖然未去到入口即溶,但越對係有水準之作!
我地都食到一乾二淨!!
最後等我地食哂後送上的是燒蕃薯!外表已經好靚,入面亦都好甜完全無渣!讚!!
總括黎講我樓下可以有呢間野唔使出去食,實在係一件極幸運的事,今次唔係第一次黎,亦唔會係最後一次,希望佢可以繼續做落去啦!!
