Unexpectedly rude

i happily suggested to my friend to eat at this restaurant as i have been to their other branch at Causeway Bay. We were stopped at entrance by a fat grumpy waitress who repeated to me in a sarcastic and almost yelling tone whether we accept to share a table. Food was good but throughout our meal, we realised that almost every customer encounter 'harassment' from the waitress. i happily suggested to my friend to eat at this restaurant as i have been to their other branch at Causeway Bay. We were stopped at entrance by a fat grumpy waitress who repeated to me in a sarcastic and almost yelling tone whether we accept to share a table. Food was good but throughout our meal, we realised that almost every customer encounter 'harassment' from the waitress. Quite a number were reprimanded were yelled at for pushing the entrance door in instead of pulling it out, told off impatiently for requesting to check if their food is ready and driving away unknowing customers rudely that 'they are fully booked'. This kind of service and attitude is quite rare in Hong Kong nowadays, not even in cha chaan teng (local coffee shops). This is totally unacceptable. Will not go to this particular branch again. As a patron, i deserve better service.
