First of all, I need to declare that I am not fans of 米線. Secondly, I need to tell you that I am fans of any 酸辣 food. Thus, I was there and had my first 米線 in the last 12 months.
I ordered thebasic 酸辣米線 (with diced pork, peanut, and some green!?) which costed me HK$22. The staff looked at me and waiting for me to add more items on the base. Although I have no intention to add any other items, I ordered to add a lettuce (HK$5) to avoid furhter embrassment.
It took over 10 minutes to have it arrived.
The soup base tasted fair and other sides are pretty good. Thus, I have no complaint on this little noodle.
Except the relatively long making time, I am pretty happy to that visit. If time permits, I may come again in my next HK travel.
