the queue was REALLY long, huh?! the wooden spoon was actually adding a bad taste to the cake, really. bring your own dessert spoon or fork from home or simply get a free plastic one from starbucks nearby, then you'll find your cake much tastier.
the box was designed in a very brilliant way, which even after you finished the pastry you bought, it will not shake left and right like other cake boxes in other pastry shops, the box itself can keep the bottom face the floor all the time
chair was too hard, but cute to have two one-person chair and two extra-fat-person chair ( XD?! )
size can be smaller and reduce the price, so customers can try out some more choices, like those in mandarin cake shop
berry mousse was too fluffy and bubbles too large, vanilla part was perfectly done, but almond cake used was too hard and so sponge was suggested
red ink coloring really works for me, i love it, this cake was SIMPLE, PURE, CLEAN, LIGHT( except the almond cake used ), LOW SUGAR, it could not give you a WOW, but definitely a return...keep it up and work harder in the design of combination of cake ( sponge/ lady fingers/baked almond cream/ decquoise ) used in pastry, it affects a lot~!
