Nice and sunny afternoon so I decided to take a stroll down to Delany's for some lunch. It's been a while since I've been here, but it's always the same good ole neighborhood pub. I really like it there, minus the incompetent staff. They're all in their own little worlds, milling about talking to each other but never paying attention to the customers.
The reason why I come even though the service sucks is because the food here is good and flavorful. I ordered one of my favorites which is sausages and champs which is:
The sausages were a little bit too crispy today, but the mashed potatoes were made just the way i like it, very fluffy with the odd lumps for texture. Baked beans and gravy to go the mashed potatoes
