It is quite well-known to have Chiu Chow style yum cha but among so many restaurants in Hong Kong, which one is really worth trying and taste good?

It's a hundred and something for two, including a hot dish, which I ordered Bitter melon with beef, two dim-shum and a choice of noodle or rice or congee. But the congee is highly recommend. Lastly, we ordered a dessert too, the steamed crystal cake, with two lotus puree and two red bean puree. The meal is absolutely delicious.
