I visited this restaurant for lunch and was very impressed. It has a peaceful, sophisticated atmosphere (pretty rare for Hong Kong between the hours of noon and 2pm) and a very impressive wine fridge taking up an entire wall of the restaurant.
I reserved a table that morning and asked if they could make a vegetarian meal. Normally they require 2 days notice but the chef redesigned the entire menu within an hour, amazing! The food was very fresh and the wait staff were lovely. 4 courses in addition to tea/coffee was only $150
