To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日間環境會比晚上更好風和日麗又見雀籠是夜特來試看菜色有沒有傳說中咁樣!秘制頭抽浸雞(新鮮)色 香 味 都合格,唯獨欠缺了一些伴碟令賣相失色...唉!!斬雞師傅要多下心思這才不會浪費食材陳皮香酥骨材料和味道都一流!就是賣相跟大排檔沒分別...失敗!!!陳皮香味撲鼻,入口更覺惹味玉葉白賣卷好清淡精緻可惜用上鮑汁,如加入玻璃芡汁賣相會清新得多如能在底部用冬瓜片將之承托會有更好效果雞絲煎米粉米粉可以做兩面黃更能突出配菜的特色
