Service
Table setting is quite efficient once the customers arrive. Yet, the insufficient staff reduces attention to and interaction with guests that disappoint them a lot. The staff is even too busy to provide us with an order form/menu. Not much help or instructions are provided to guests in terms of food ordering or bill payment.

Food
The dim sums are really yummy. Signature dishes, like baked bun with BBQ pork, vermicelli roll and the shrimp dumplings are worth tasting. For the baked bun with BBQ pork, the crispy crust with chewy BBQ pork is produced a fresh flavor no available in typical Chinese restaurants. Furthermore, the shrimp dumplings are stuffed with fresh prawns in a thin wrapping. Most of the food is just tasty and nice.
Yet, food and beverage choices are not enough. For food items, there are just 30 choices inclusive of dishes. Some of the common dim sum is unavailable there. Tea has no distinctive choice and flavor.

Cleanliness
The environment is clean. However, there is a still a minor problem in cleaning every utensils and tableware thoroughly such that even the stains are cleared.
