自家煮飯仔

呢日喺金鐘聽完講座,想食埋晚飯先返歸。不過,又唔想食飯。咁啱俾我見到"和風紙上燒",
見價錢同一哥火鍋差唔多。
咁就一於體驗下乜野係紙上燒。
首先,食物既擺位都幾整齊。
爐具
擺位整齊既配料
烏冬
喺燒之前,會有一個日式蒸蛋。
蒸蛋好有蛋味,而且好滑同惹味。可以減低油膩
既感覺。
清淡既蒸蛋
配料主要有金菇牛肉卷、露筍牛肉卷。仲有一串雞軟骨。其他既配料都係雜菜絲同一件
冬菇。肉食方面,牛肉卷都算幾出色既。味道都幾可口,肥牛都算幾新鮮既。
但對比
上,露筍牛肉卷會得我歡心,可能我唔係太鍾意食金菇啦。
而雞軟骨既醃味都幾可口,
不過得一串既雞軟骨就好似少左啲啦。
食到最後,仲有個烏冬可以自已炒。首先,將烏冬放入個爐到。之後可以加上烏冬
汁同雜菜炒,炒左一陣就食得架啦。
我個炒烏冬都唔錯既,雖然個賣相爭少少。
不過味道都ok既。

四十幾蚊自已煮飯仔,抵唔抵真係見人見智啦。食物整體上都ok既,個份量真係
幾飽架。
佢地又驚你唔識煮飯仔,仲有張紙教你點燒同炒啲野食。認真的
貼心。

既感覺。
冬菇。肉食方面,牛肉卷都算幾出色既。味道都幾可口,肥牛都算幾新鮮既。
