Chef Jerome uses 3 different fresh herbs and cornichons/capers to bring out the flavour of his well made Steak Tartare, a dish not many French restaurants seem to get right locally. Spoon on some Dijon Mustard and sprinkle on top a few flakes of Fleur de Sel, mix in the raw egg and you have one of the best dishes for lunch!

And the hand made Pomme Frites are equally addictive - well fried and not oily, with just the right amount of crunchiness.

Foxyleo Just read an article in U Magazine introducing this bistro today and already attracted by it. Will definitely give it a try after reading your review!

HK Epicurus Lucky I posted before haha otherwise I will be seen as plagiarising some article! *I mean sometimes, its just a matter of timing coincidence, and I don't even have time to read much mags nowadays!

Anyway since I ate beef but you don't, I hope the other dishes are ok too. Feel free to write what you really think of them as it'll be a good indication to me as to what to avoid or order next time - as I plan to revisit here soon smile
