I have been longing to try this restaurant for long, and finally I made it!!!

After reading many comments and recommendation, I had ordered and tried the followings:

1. Drunken Chicken in Shaoxing Rice Wine
 
2. Steamed Glutinous Rice and Pork Shao-Mai(dumpling)
 
3. Steamed Crab Roe and Pork Siu Long Bao(dumpling)

4. Egg Fried rice served with Deep-fried Pork Chop

Well I could say it serves appealing foods, which are appetizing and enjoyable. Most importantly the dishes served at the right temperature and hot enough!(you know, sometimes some restaurants served dishes in cold temperature that made the whole dining unpleasant) Apart from that, “Dim Sums” are seasoned properly and not tasteless, yet not too brackish. The size of Dim Sum is in right portion generally. They wrapped rich ingredients inside the dumplings.(GOOD!) The moisture of the fried rice here is moist enough, yet not too dry. I would consider to try other tastes of fried rice another time.
