This is a restaurant which my family regularly go to foe dinner because their food is really nice and not too expensive! Planning to go again very soon! So, the last time I went to Nha Trang, we ordered the following dishes: 1) nha trang salad (with shredded vege and shredded chicken) The salad had a tangy appetizing sauce mixed with the shredded vege and chicken, topped with fried garlic flakes which gave the salad great flavour and texture. 2) deep fried spring rollsVery crispy with a deliciou
So, the last time I went to Nha Trang, we ordered the following dishes:
1) nha trang salad (with shredded vege and shredded chicken)
The salad had a tangy appetizing sauce mixed with the shredded vege and chicken, topped with fried garlic flakes which gave the salad great flavour and texture.
2) deep fried spring rolls
Very crispy with a delicious filling. I would suggest to eat it with a piece of lettuce, some herbs and cucumber! The cucumber makes it lighter and more refreshing! And dont forget the dipping sauce!
3) baked cod fish
We ordered this to try whether it was good or not. It was a baked cod fish with sweet soysauce topped with spring onions and deep fried basil leaves. The fish tasted really good with the fried herbs and the sauce was really appetizing
4) steamed flour rolls
Nice and soft, eaten with the sauce. I thought the filling did not have enough texture, but the flavour was very good. my favourite ones are from Golden Bull.
5) pho (beef , chicken)
The soup of the pho's were really good. They had lots of flavour and the beef pho had a strong beef taste and along with the herbs created a really good soup base. i really recommend adding some lime juice to the soup, trust me it brings it to the next level and is SO GOOD. the noodles were nice and had a good texture. The beef was good too.
6) Vietnamese sandwich
really nice with the warm cold cuts inside a crispy , yet soft baguette. there are some pickeled vege inside which gives it a unique flavour along with the mayo.
all of them were absolutely delicious. If you like Vietnamese food, you should really check this place out!
