The restaurant was a little noisier than I had expected for one within a hotel, but the tables were quite packed (the guy next to us knocked over a glass from the table behind when he took off his coat, and another table of 12+ for a big family gathering, kids and all), and with the waiters appeared busy running around, it was a very "bustling" scene. Speaking of the waiters, it's quite hard to get their attention, at one point I had my arm straight up in the air for over 2 minutes before I caught any staff's attention.
There was another set menu displayed on the table which looked really good at $488, but ours was a different one, starting off with Buffalo Mozzarella, Datterino Tomatoes and Parma ham, then a choice of Osteria's real Meat Lasagne or Home made Tagliolini with shrimps and zucchini ragu, with a choice of mains (which was altered from the original menu as per Asiamiles' website) - Grilled salmon with chips or pork with proscuitto, and for dessert, Tiramisu with tea or coffee.
The starter was a good sized portion of fresh Mozzarella and parma ham with a light drizzle of dressing.

The meat lasagne tasted delicious despite its appearance (my bf said it looked like vomitus), and the taglionlini was simple and fresh, though I would have preferred just a touch more sauce as it felt rather dry. The mains were boring, a piece of salmon and a few thin pieces of pork, both tasted pretty average. The dessert was moist but I couldn't really taste any alcohol (maybe it's a kid-friendly version?).

We ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio for $300 which was good quality for the price. Tap water, free. The original price of this set dinner was about $340.
