保育港式茶餐

唔知幾耐之前,好多人話要保育文物。結果引起好多人既留意。我覺得,除左文物要好好保育
之外。食物都唔例外,有好多港式茶餐係好好食。只係有時無留意,呢日行過呢頭,二話不說
食個茶餐放鬆一下啦。
酥皮蛋撻
真係好鬆化,酥皮有N層那麼多。好香蛋味,而且個蛋都做到好滑。絕無粗鞋
既感覺,呢個酥皮蛋撻味道蠻不錯。食完個蛋撻之後,都無乜油膩既感覺。其實,佢地落蛋
同鬆化都已經盡最大努力,做到最好。

菠蘿油
又係不容錯過既地道小食,一食就知。菠蘿油唔係新鮮出爐,不過我覺得
有當中既原因。因為當菠蘿油新鮮出爐後,再加上鮮油。會令到牛油溶於麵包中,失去左菠
蘿油既特色。直接講,應該改名叫菠蘿牛油麵包作罷。
我既睇法,呢個菠蘿油真係
唔錯,麵包做得好鬆軟,唔錯。

凍奶茶
呢杯凍奶茶都幾大杯,茶味真係好濃。呢種港式奶茶真係香港味道,我相信好難
世界另一個角落飲到。奶茶都算係飲食文化既表表者。如果我無飲錯,佢地係用上著名既黑
白淡奶沖奶茶。呢隻淡奶沖出黎既奶茶零舍好飲,飲落有種香滑既感覺。
唔用呢隻奶,硬係
差左小小野。

呢餐真係收穫豐富,因為好難得食到咁多既地道美食。我相信呢類既文化可以繼續保存,希望
一直到永遠。到子孫既時代,依然可以俾佢知道菠蘿油、蛋撻既文化。並可以咀嚼到當中既
美味不是這麼表面。
