Ordered Butaou (Ramen with Barbecue pork in a pork soup) Genkiou (Curry ramen)
Butaou - Thick soup base is appreciated. Hint of bonito and use of back fat fortified the soup base and added to the layering. Barbecued pork was on par with most ramen shop on the same price category. In my humble opinion "Mist?" in causeway bay did a better job. One can argue though that these are on two different price segments though.
Genkiou - Appears to be a combination of their Akaou with some sort of curry powder. Does give a sense of harmony with the noodle and the meat paste put on the top of the dish though.
Overall - On the top scale of ramen shops in HK. Well worth the money. Not worth the wait though.
